It really depends on how large your estate is. Very simple wills, can run very inexpensive; $300 to $600. It depends on the attorney, the market, how long it takes, and how many changes you make to the estate plan during your estate planning process. Small estates, probably cost less money, but if you have a lot of trust planning and estate planning and tax planning that you need to do, then the estate planning could be rather expensive. But, in every case, I can say that doing an estate plan now will save your family money later.
